I applaed jay for not hitting solange. But I do believe he would have been justified in attacking in return. So the question is, is ever okay to hit a women? If so why or why not?

Maybe he could have tried to restrain her? Not hit (or spazz out like her)..haha. She was just a bit loopy. We don't really know why she did that anyway and she's family to him so it wouldn't be right.

But yeah definitely imo it's ok to hit a random woman if it's self defense and you are in danger. You're not gonna be "I can't hit women" if there's a woman trying to harm you or your family.
