Ranking:
It was smart placing Madara as 1 because he is indeed #1, Handouts from Hagoromo couldn’t even defeat him...plus we never seen him get kicked out of his Perfect Susanoo nor lie on his back looking like he’s waiting for Itachi to mount him. Let’s not forget how Sasuke couldn’t free himself while Black Zetsu was merely laying on him, thusly leading him to be rescued by Naruto.

Based off the above, I’m assuming the ranking runs from 1-10, with Sasuke being the weakest:
Madara (1), Hagoromo (2), Kaguya(3), RSM Naruto(4), Shin Uchiha(5), Chojuro(6), Momoshiki(7), Kinshiki(8), Black Zetsu(9) and Sasuke(10)

Kawaki - 6
Base Jigen - 5
Boruto - 8
Delta -5

My thoughts on the manga and anime:
-I like Kawaki and Jigen, I dislike Delta.
-The manga is keeping me interested, I don’t hate it.
-I don’t care for the anime nor their writers/directors at all, in fact I mostly dislike them.

Indeed, that’s the only “handout” Madara received and I’m not even mad about it. I don’t exactly like Boruto but I don’t hate him either; he’s a kid with room to grow. Delta is an adult woman that throws a tantrum when she can’t get her way and will sabotage a plan in an instant, she’s recklessly impulsive.

“likeliness” isn’t the correct word, “likability” is for what we’re discussing. On a scale of likability in ascending order, I’d say what you have there is an appropriate representation of my ranking.

Yes, I like the order, the closer to number one the more Alpha level of each character. I'm mostly in agreement with this, although the manga isn't all that. The fact things end up having for plot convenience with BS excuses makes it below average for me. Like Jigen not beheading Naruto, and giving a BS reason of why. It's not as if they could hide Kawaki from him and the big black rod taker wasn't going to be able to protect him.

Obito(double MS and rokudo chakra makes him a beast)
Itachi(he varies on portrayal)
Kakashi(double MS goes above Itachi)
Sasuke/Naruto.
Pain
