Naruto in the first chapter after the skip is not much better than Naruto before the skip. The only thing he seemed to have learned was to make a slightly bigger rasengan. It would have made much more sense if he had arrived having mastered Sage Mode.

Now Orochimaru, that was a huge power boost Sasuke got during the skip. Hell, even Tsunade proved being a better teacher, Sakura also got a decent power boost during the skip.

Like someone else said: Jiraiya is not a good teacher, he just happened to stumble upon good students.

How does having good students make him a good teacher? Look how much Sakura learned during the skip; now look how much Naruto learned... who learned more? And who was the teacher of the one who learned more?

Chakra Control is for fodders who don't have large reserves, I forgot about Kuchiyose and rasengan.

Nagato never ever used those ninjutsu when he grow up so it's irrelevant and not to mention weak

It's been stated in the manga that Minato was able to develop FTG using Kushina's expertise in sealing. The only thing Jiraiya might have taught him is Kuchiyose.
