Jellal is a young man whose most prominent features are his blue hair and a strange reddish marking/tattoo under and above his right eye, which he has had since his childhood.
As his Siegrain alter-ego, he dressed himself in elegant yet simple robes; consisting of a long white tunic with black stripes across the edges and on the upper part of the arms, a decorated collar, large straps connected to decorated buckles closing the inducement on the front over a dark shirt, and matching pants and shoes.
Seven years later, while his physical appearance is virtually the same except for his hair having become slightly longer and more scraggy, his outfit now is a darkish coat like he wore before only with heart like lines on his sleeves and on the sides of his coat. He has a type of suited armor on the chest from his shirt and wears dark pants with the symbol of Crime Sorcière on the front of his pants. He also has a cape over his shoulders that matches his coat in a dark design.

History:
Jellal was born in Sunagakure to his mother Rukia a Jounin rank ninja from konoha. Jellals dad Renji one of the previous ninja on the council in sunagakure and a reknowned ninja throughout the world recieved an infamous reputation in the 3th ninja world war for taking on armys of men on his own using his magnetism jutsu to make them beg for death. Due to his relationship with the konoha kunoichi going public the village lost their trust in him and he was forced to leave after it was revealed he had born a son to the konoha shinobi during times of war. finding refuge in konoha he raised jellal in konoha teaching him all of his jutsu making sure jellal became even stronger and more famous than him. Jellal reached jounin by the time he was 10 which angered alot of the other konoha shinobi as they did not trust him due to him being born in sunagakure the village responsible for the death of the 3rd. They did not want to follow the orders of a 10 year old let alone an outsider. on Jellal's first mission as jounin in charge of a squad carrying out a simple reconaisance mission in kumogakure they got surrounded by 20 elite bounty hunter shinobi who thought they were tracking his father with the rest of the squad only chunnin rank and below jellals squad became scared and believed they had no chance for survival. Jellal calmed the down and assured them that he wouldnt allow anything to happen to his subordinates, feeling patronised that a 10 year old was talking to them in this manner with them all being adults they lashed out at jellal screaming insults at him concerning his lineage and age; telling him he had no chance against so many elite ninja. Jellal laughed and told them to retreat while he stood still and said he was going to face them all by himself. the konoha shinobi snorted in derision at what they precieved as foolish arrogance on Jellals part and said they would relish the opportunity to use him as a distraction taking the opportunity to retreat to konoha. on returning to konoha and informing the hokage of what happened the same day a funeral was held for jellal as they presumed him dead believein no one 10 year old could survive such a battle. but contrary to what everyone believed jellal returned home the next day with all of the information the squad was ordered to collect without a single scratch on him. From that point on Jellal was regarded as a hero of konoha.
