Jedi vs shinobi

So I've got a couple different scenarios.

1.average Jedi vs average shinobi. Who wins

2.jedi whos on the Jedi council vs jounin level Shinobi?

3.jedi master or Sith Lord vs kage level Shinobi. Who wins?

Well....

First one obviously goes to the Jedi/Sith. The Fodders can't even throw a Ninjutsu at most times and they only have a kunai so...

Second scenario, it depends... Kakashi lost to Pain (Force Push/Pull anyone?)... Plus instead of a rod to stab him with, a Sith/Jedi has a lightsaber at the end of the day. Pain is basically Starkiller/Galen Marek from Force Unleashed, or the other way around. Force Push, Force Pull/Grip, Force Repulse... Plus he has lightning too.

3rd case scenario has to go to the Shinobi though I suppose. All this depends whether the Jedi/Sith can grab on to Ninjutsu with the Force (returning the RasenShuriken back with a Force Push for instance) or not...
