*I gather my chakra and send it out into your clones body, disturbing his chakra flow to his brain and allowing me control over his senses. I then control his sense of sight, making him see a clone of me casually walk towards him, also controlling his sense of sound, making him hear the footsteps of the clone and the regular surroundings. Then in reality I throw an explosive tag which flies forwards and as the tag is half a second away I form the snake handseal and cause the tag to explode in the clones face to his complete suprisal *

Pretty much dead. <.<
So, when a clone advances, it directs their attention on the clone, allowing you to pull off more moves. And especially because this is a Genjutsu, and you can conceal sound, you can cook up a strong move while they are focused on the clone, such as Rasenshuriken. Sound is another important aspect of battling, and it usually alerts us to one jutsu or the other.

Description: The user does one handseal and throws a paper bomb at the enemy. The enemy, trapped in a genjutsu will see a clone of the user advancing upon him. As the paper bomb reaches the enemy, it explodes

Once again, use your chakra to manipulate my clone's five senses.
I want you to surround my clone with your clones, having them rise up from the ground. (As an illusion.)
My clone will then attempt to attack your clones, and what you must do is to physically block him each time, tricking him into thinking that they are real.
Furthermore, every time he hits one, they multiply. <- Explain the purpose of this.

Okie doke!

*I gather my chakra and send it out into your clones body, I then distrib the chakra allowing me control over his 5 senses. I then manipulate his sense of sight and sound, making him hear the ground break slightly and four clones to rise and surround him. Then as he tries to attach one of the clones I jump where it stands and block his strike. As soon as he makes contact with me I cause the clone that he thinks he hit to seperate into two clones, I do this once again when he attacks the next clone until he gives up*

Is the purpose of the multiplying to make him think that the clone he struck was the original because clones come from him, or maybe it is simply to overwhelm him with numbers as he tries to fight his way out of it?

Well, technically, both. xD

So, what would happen if he was caught in such a jutsu for a long time?

 

[Kato.]

Would he tire from fatigue, then.. BAM! hit him while he's tired!?

 

[Adachi]

Perfect! He would probably become desperate, and eventually, of course, fatigued as his energy wears out from trying to break out of it.

Description: This illusion creates numerous illusionary clones of the user that appear to emerge from the ground, trees, rocks, etc. If these clones are attacked, they appear to multiply. The user can co-ordinate his attacks with the clones to make it appear as if they are real.

Now, let's say you were trapped in a room with your greatest fear.
How might you feel, psychologically speaking?

I'd feel weak, shaky and most probably petrified

 

[Adachi]

Hm. Emphasize a bit more.
What about the ability to think rationally?

 

[Kato.]

well, all their focus will be on their fear and because they will be petrified from it they won't be thinking if it's real, where it has come from, how can I get away from it or defeat it. so no they shouldn't be able to think rationally

 

[Adachi]

Very good. Genjutsus mainly cause two effects:
Fear and Stress.
Stress would cause their blood pressure to go up, thus, giving them labored breathing, which exhausts them, and also hinders their rationalizations.

Description: The user performs two handseals causing it to appear as if a swirl of leaves surrounds the opponent. The swirl eventually falls away, and after a few seconds, the opponent sees the image of whatever they fear the most, shocking them and potentially causing them to faint.

This next jutsu is rather basic.
Focus upon the flow of the chakra of your body in order to "spike" it so that it throws the balance off, thus releasing you from any current Genjutsu that may have a hold on you. Remember to form a handseal prior to doing this.
This is known as Kai, one of the ways to disrupt Genjutsus.

(Genjutsu: Kai ) - Illusion Technique: Release

Description: The user does one hand seal to focus and then proceeds to disturb his chakra flow by forcefully stopping it momentarily and then "spiking" his spiritual energy, unbalancing his chakra. This dispels any genjutsu set upon the user except MS Eye Techniques, Paralysis-like Genjutsu and Demonic Illusion: Toad Confrontation Chant. The effectiveness of this technique is dependent upon the skill of the user. A Jounin rank ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to C-rank. An S-class ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to B-rank. A Sannin rank ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to A-rank. A Sage rank user can dispel Genjutsu up to S-Rank. The user may use this technique through physical contact on others to dispel them from Genjutsu. The technique can only be used once per turn and the user still needs to fully follow the logic as to why he figured out it was an illusion.

This next jutsu was used in the Chunin exams. When my clone begins walking, send your chakra to him and have him believe he is walking in a straight line, thus proceeding.
In reality, he is walking in circles.
Describe the psychological impact of this.

*I gather my chakra and send it out towards your clone, I invade and disrupt his chakra flow allowing me control over his 5 senses. Then as your clone walks forwards I manipulate his senses, making think that he is walking forwards but in reality I disturb his balance and cause him to walk in circles*

The psychological impact of this jutsu would be fatigue and frustration as the person would assume they are advancing but they are walking in circles and in fact are going no where

Excellent. So I have one question.
Given the situation that your opponent was running in a straight line towards you, intending to strike you down...how might you utilize this instead?

 

[Kato.]

You could make him think he is running straight, then in reality cause him to run in circles, then he would he vulnerable to be struck down himself

 

[Adachi]

Very good. And keep in mind the stress that this Genjutsu causes upon your opponent.

( Kori Shinchū no Jutsu ) - Sly Mind Affect Technique

Description: The user casts an illusion on the opponent that makes them believe they are travelling in a straight line, when instead they are moving in circles. This is only effective on moving opponents. If the opponent travels in the circle for hours, they will be exhausted.

This next jutsu is pretty straightforward.
Release your chakra from your body to take over my clone's five senses.
Then have him believe that a huge ball of fire is coming from the sky, ready to burn him into a crisp!

*I gather my chakra allowing it to build up, then I send the chakra out and into your clones body, disrupting your clones chakra flow and allowing my control over his senses. I then alter his senses so that he can hear crackling of flames, then as the clone looks skywards I alter his vision so he can see a giant fireball hurtling down upon him*
