Okay, as I see you appearing mid range from me, I quickly grab out 3 Kunai and throw them at you. One is directed at your torso, one is directed at your neck and the third is directed above you. After releasing those Kunai I rush at you, up to short range, a bit slower than the Kunai. While doing so, I quickly perform 3 handseals and create a large vortex of water all around you. It's strong enought to knock you unconscious if you don't avoid it.

Descripton: Utilizes water to create a spinning water vortex around the ninja. The water acts both as a barrier and attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious. Can only be performed if there is a water source near by.
Watching your movements I clap my hands creating a huge wave of water. It's 5 meters high and comes with huge force to you. It's directed from the left to the right side, means it will drive you into the forest and you will face heavy impact damage by hiting a tree if you don't avoid or soften it.

Okay as you jump up I stop creating my wave and as I assume your now short range above me 'cause you didn't state otherwise I quickly shoot 1 projectile at you, aimed directly at you and it will stop you from using your ash cloud as you need to perform 4 handseals to do it and the momentum of the jump you performed gives you even less reaction time to avoid it.

I end by performing a singel handseal and create 4 water clones, C1 infront of me, C2 to my left side, C3 to my right side and C4 standing behind me and everyone of the wields the same water sword as my real body does.
