The grumpy old man rolled his eyes and what he assumed his student thought was a good joke, "Well done, it seems the ritual is working as it should. Now there is only one thing left to really confirm it."
The Jashinist crouched down and took out a knife, holding it to the prisoner he had tied up. The scared man shivered at the sight of it and closed his eyes as it was brought close, but the old man only cut the bounds, slowly setting free the man from his bandages. Eventually he was free.
"Leave."
And the prisoner did, little hesitation. He ran quickly and the old man spoke when their prey was out of earshot.
"Stop him."
