Jaqen H'ghar wears long hair with one side colored white and the other red. The man later changes his appearance to a hook-nosed man with a scar, a gold tooth, and black curly hair. It is unknown whether this appearance is another disguise or the assassin's true face, though it is nearly identical to that of the alchemist he had slain beforehand so it's unlikely this is his true face. Due to Jaqen's clan ability his appearance is something that can be changed at almost any time to suit his purposes.
He speaks in the traditional manner of Lorathi, omitting names and avoiding first and second grammatical persons.

背景情報『Background Information』
History: Little is known of Jaqen's history as it seems to be entirely decided on the fly based on who he is pretending to be at the time. Jaqen is a master of his clans abilities and uses them to create identities as and when he pleases. Making discerning any true history for the man almost impossible. Though it's rumored he was born in the land of waves over 200 years ago. Making him possibly one of the oldest living people today. Due to his high ranking in the valentine clan he is capable of living for centuries. Giving him incredible insight and knowledge in to the history of the world. What is certain is that Jaqen serves a deity known as the many faced god, the god of death. It is unknown exactly what modus operandi the followers of this god partake in. But every single one of them are cold blooded and remorseless killers, serving a code that death comes for all. Though the religion has mostly died out some members can still be found roaming the world. Though few are like Jaqen or have his level of experience.

Description: A heavy-duty version of the standard issue paper bomb, this exploding tag has about ten times the destructive power of a regular exploding tag, and is generally used in heavy demolition. Other than being .5 inches longer than a regular exploding tag and with the kanji for “erupt” instead of “explode” in the middle, they cannot be discerned from their weaker counterparts at a glance. These exploding tags can be used in place of weaker ones in jutsu involving them.
*In order to use these, it must be mentioned in the user’s bio that they carry this version of the exploding tag – otherwise, the user cannot use these.

Having been born into the Valentine Clan, Jaqen gained access to the basic transformation abilities, ability to passively absorb senjutsu (although only sufficient to source the chakra for the modes used for the Clan Techniques), physical strength and durability increase due to the senjutsu chakra regulating around him at all times (+15 damage to all taijutsu, +10 damage to all ninjutsu). Due to training with natural energy, Jaqen has the ability to detect living things through their life force, and he has also gained a naturally high resistance to toxins and pathogenic matter, as well as a longer lifespan. Having only recently started his training in the clan's arts, Jaqen is a Dark Crusader. He has also on the left side of his chest the Valentine clan's Curse Mark which is placed on all members of the Clan upon joining and is automatically activated upon death. The curse seal has the appearance of a heart that glows when activated placed on the left side of the member’s chest.

Valentine’s Cursed Seal (Tanabata Juinjutsu)

Description: A technique that brings a member of the Valentines under the control of the user. The techniques works similarly to Hyuuga’s Juinjutsu, and is only taught to the high ranking members of the clan and select officials of the Rain village/Akatsuki as a countermeasure against betrayals. The seal is placed on all members of the Clan upon joining and is automatically activated upon death. The seal has numerous functions, primarily causing an extreme paralysis with a single Seal of Confrontation, the same way Danzo’s Juinjutsu works. The curse seal has the appearance of a Black Heart placed on the right side of the members chest. When activated sealing scripts pour out of the heart and bind the body.
The secondary function of the seal is to completely this destroy the victim’s body. The function activates automatically upon Death but can also be forcefully triggered by a user of this technique. When activated, the Black heart on the chest breaks apart and splits into two. This makes the seal unstable and the effects extends to the victims body, the seal absorbs natural energy at an extreme rate quickly petrifying the victim into a statue form. This both kills the victim (If he’s alive) and completely destroys the D.N.A rendering the body unusable.
Alternatively, the technique could also be applied on opponents in the middle of battle by striking the chest. The seal has the same effects of paralysis and petrification even on Non-Valentines. Also, activating the seal against an opponent counts as one of the user's 3 jutsu per turn.
