At the beginning the universe was immersed in a beaten and shapeless kind of matter, sunk in silence. Later there were sounds indicating the movement of particles. With this movement, the light and the lightest particles rose but the particles were not as fast as the light and could not go higher. Thus, the light was at the top of the Universe, and below it, the particles formed first the clouds and then Heaven, which was to be called Takamagahara (高天原?, "High Plain of Heaven"). The rest of the particles that had not risen formed a huge mass, dense and dark, to be called Earth.[1]
When Takamagahara was formed, the first three gods of Japanese mythology appeared:[2]
Amenominakanushi (天之御中主神?, "Master of the August Centre of Heaven")
Taka-mi-musuhi-no-kami (高御産巣日神?, "August Producer" or "High August Producing Wondrous Deity") and
Kami-musuhi-no-kami ( 神産巣日神?, "Divine Producer" or "Divine Producing Wondrous Deity").
Subsequently two gods emerged in Takamagahara from an object similar to a reed-shoot:[2]
Umashi-ashi-kabi-hikoji-no-kami (宇摩志阿斯訶備比古遅神?, "Pleasant Reed-Shoot Prince Elder Deity) and
Ame-no-toko-tachi-no-kami ( 天之常立神?, "Heavenly Eternally Standing Deity")
These five deities are known as Kotoamatsukami appeared spontaneously, did not have a definite ***, did not have a partner (hitorigami) and went into hiding after their emergence. These gods are not mentioned in the rest of the mythology.[2]

Subsequently two other gods arose:[3]
Kuni-no-toko-tachi-no-kami (国之常立神?, "Deity Standing Eternally on Earth) and
Toyo-kumo-no-no-kami ( 豊雲野神?, "Luxuriant Integrating Master Deity")
These gods also emerged spontaneously, did not have a defined *** and nor partner and hid at birth.[3]
Then, five pairs of gods were born (total of ten deities), each pair consisting of a male deity and a female deity:[3]
U-hiji-ni ( 宇比地邇神?, ”Deity Mud Earth Lord”) and his younger sister (and wife) Su-hiji-ni ( 須比智邇神?, ”Deity Mud Earth Lady”),
Tsunu-guhi ( 角杙神?, ”Germ Integrating Deity”) and his younger sister (and wife) Iku-guhi ( 活杙神?, ”Life Integrating Deity”),
Ō-to-no-ji ( 意富斗能地神?, ”Deity Elder of the Great Place”) and his younger sister (and wife) Ō-to-no-be ( 大斗乃弁神?, ”Deity Elder Lady of the Great Place”),
Omo-daru ( 於母陀流神?, ”Deity Perfect Exterior”) and his younger sister (and wife) Aya-kashiko-ne ( 阿夜訶志古泥神?, ”Oh Venerable Lady”) and
Izanagi ( 伊邪那岐神?, ”Male who Invites”) and his younger sister (and wife) Izanami ( 伊邪那美神?, ”Female who Invites”)
All deities from Kuni-no-koto-tachi to Izanami, are collectively called as Kamiyonanayo (神世七代?, "Seven Divine Generations").[3]
Following the creation of Heaven and Earth and the appearance of these primordial gods, Izanagi and Izanami went on to create the Japanese archipelago (Kuniumi) and gave birth to a large number of gods (Kamium

Izanagi-no-Mikoto burst out of the entrance and quickly pushed a boulder in the mouth of the Yomotsuhirasaka (黄泉津平坂; cavern that was the entrance of Yomi). Izanami-no-Mikoto screamed from behind this impenetrable barricade and told Izanagi-no-Mikoto that if he left her she would destroy 1,000 residents of the living every day. He furiously replied he would give life to 1,500.
Another version is Izanagi was running with his wife out the entrance of Yomi, instructed not to look at her until out, and a step before fully out he looked at Izanami and she was decayed. Afraid, Izanagi summoned a boulder in front of the entrance. Enraged, Izanami cursed that she would kill a 1,000 men every day, but Izanagi retorted that he would give life to 1,500 men every day.

he Rinnegan is characterised by a ripple-like pattern over the eyeballs, with a light purple iris and sclera. It is said to be the most powerful of the Three Great Dōjutsu (三大瞳術, San Daidōjutsu; Literally meaning "Three Great Eye Techniques"). It was admired as being able to bring forth all ninjutsu. The holder of these eyes can completely master all five basic nature transformations that form the basis of ninjutsu. It was said that in times when the world is in disorder, a person is sent down from the heavens to become either a "God of Creation" who will calm the world, or a "Destroyer" who will reduce everything to nothingness.[1] It also allows the user to use all of the six paths techniques, as well as the seventh path - that is "beyond life and death".[2] Like the Mangekyō Sharingan and Sharingan, the Rinnegan has shown the ability to control tailed beasts through the use of the Outer Path's ability with its chains and chakra receivers.[3]
The Six Paths of Pain were all reanimated corpses that Nagato gave the Rinnegan to through some unknown means. By doing so, Nagato could see each individual body's field of vision, coordinating the bodies with extremely precise planning. The animals summoned by the Animal Path also possessed the Rinnegan, so Nagato controlled and also shared a field of vision with them and the King of Hell with the use of the Outer Path technique.[4][5] On its own, the Rinnegan allows the user to see chakra, including otherwise hidden barriers.[6] It can also decipher more of the Sage of the Six Paths' tablet than the Sharingan and the Mangekyō Sharingan are able to.[7]

The first person to possess the Rinnegan was the Sage of the Six Paths. Because of the Sage's mythical status, many people believed the Rinnegan was only a legend or a mutation.[8] It later showed up in Nagato during his childhood. Tobi claims that he gave Nagato the Rinnegan.[9] For this reason, he believes he is entitled to taking the Rinnegan from Nagato's body after his death.[10] He implants one of Nagato's Rinnegan in his left socket, replacing the Sharingan he lost to blindness.

Through unknown means, Madara Uchiha managed to awaken the Rinnegan shortly before his death. In his battle as a reanimated corpse against the Allied Shinobi Forces, his Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan transformed into the Rinnegan. Based on data collected over the years, Kabuto Yakushi and Orochimaru hypothesised that this is a natural evolution.[11]

Ok I can see why rinnengan can be connected to Hinduism.....one of the reasons is deva path.....in naruto they control gravity and in Hinduism they are the guardians of directions and Vishnu is a deva...And than you look at deva's half brother asura(hint: asura path) they both in naruto and hinduism they are like demonic figure.....In Hinduism they seek for power and sometimes are sinful and in naruto they can get weaponry and are like demonic

Personally I don't see any connection from Naruto with Hinduism. Japanese mythology, yes, but not really Hinduism.

I think you got it confused with Buddhism. There are several connections in the series with that; for example, each of the Six Paths of Pain are named after the six Buddhist Paths of Reincarnation.
