Welcome Aspiring Senseis!​

As a sensei, I have a position open for someone to become a senpai. I am looking for someone who has at least 3 elements completed and good understanding of the RP is a requirement. Preferably, I'd like to pick someone who hasn't been a senpai or sensei before. In the end though, I'll be deciding whoever I feel will do the best job. Other than that, this thread will be open for a bit. Depending on your work, you'll hold the position for awhile or only for a short time.

Why You Wish to be a Senpai: I've been on the base for nearly as long as you, and as I'm sure most know, I've wanted to teach for a long time. It's one of my longtime rp goals to become a sensei, but personally, I feel before I try that, I owe the base two things. One, learn how to teach people properly as a senpai instead ****ing it all up as an actual sensei without experience, and two, earn the approval of the base, and don't just apply for myself. Hence, I'd like to reach both of those goals, and I feel applying through you is one of the best options for me to use to reach said goals. As a friend, I feel our communication through a Sensei-Senpai relationship would be relatively easy to deal with, and it would be somewhat argument free, as well as rather agreeable. Also, I'm online all the time, and I need something better to do than wait for replies. Teaching people is fun, and I'm here for fun, so I might as well give it a good shot.
How You Plan to Train Students: I can do method or technique training, but preferably, I have them perform the technique or give me a good description of it depending on it's simplicity before learning it. Also, for more complicated or versatile techniques, I'd ask for 2 unique uses or so to prove that they won't abuse the ability while still managing to use it in an entertaining and logical way.
Additional Information You Wish to Add: I have an online time of Infinity hours per day, and am on -7 GMT, your timezone.

Why You Wish to be a Senpai: I wish to be a senpai in order to improve my skills at training and teaching skill so that when either you or I feel like the time is right I can apply for my sensei test. When I first started RPing a year ago getting training was near impossible due to the lack of senseis/senpai's and so I made it my goal to master the basic and train myself up in order to eventually help mold/teach the next generation.

How You Plan to Train Students: I plan on doing RP style teaching. By this, I mean similar to how you taught me raiton but with a little more RP and battle testing involved.

Additional Information You Wish to Add: Only thing I can think of to put here is that this would really help me with my personal goals on NB and if you wanted we could do a mock teaching session to see if how I plan to teach suits what you would accept.
