Jman wins both due to frog song. I don't think J-man has anything that can out right damage A while his in Raiton armor. At least the stuff that we have seen I don't think he can. Getting caught in frog song will rape A. And if anyone saids he can't get caught in Genjustu. He can. He got caught in Sasuke's but shook it off. Getting caught in FS will fked him up no matter how fast he runs you will always hear it and its a done deal.

I'll use myself as an example. Running track,(100m,200m,4 x 100m, 4 x 200m)I have trouble keeping up with my surroundings midway through the race after I accelerate to my top speed, but you will always hear what's around you even if its distorted a little (Cheers,boos,gun, or whistle).

Raikage wins the first one easily but the second one could go either way. Sage mode is powerful and adds a lot but raikage's speed and physical strength is pretty powerful. Frog song takes time to use and unless j-man has something (toads) to help guard himself he would die before he could use the song but if the genjutsu hits raikage he dies. So the 2nd battle can go either way it's all a matter if j-man can get enough time to get ma and pa to use song or not.

Unless Jiraiya starts off in sage mode he loses because Raikage would absolutely destroy him.

If in sage mode Jiraiya has a chance with frog song.
