Name: Hiei
Nickname: Imiko, Hiei of the Evil Eye
Gender: Male

Looks:Hiei is quite short being only 4' 10" but later stops at 5' 3". Despite his short size, he has a lean, muscular build to him. He wears a white headband and his eyes are crimson (blood red), with an angular and slightly slanted shape, giving him a very sinister look in the beginning of the series. He has spiky black hair with blue outlining and white streaks. His skin complexion is regular peach-tan.
He usually dresses entirely in black. He wears a long black cloak-like jacket (with a white collar) and black pants tucked into black boots. He wears a black (and sometimes pale blue) undershirt under the jacket, he frequently carries a sword with him that he keeps strapped across his back.
Personality: Hiei prefers to keep his distance from others, so he often comes across as aloof and elusive. He has a rather cynical and even misanthropic view of the world around him, often belittling and mocking people and their emotions and the significance they place on friendship and life. And while he is relatively taciturn, he occasionally squabbles with and insults his teammates. As a fighter, Hiei is very unbiased when it comes to his enemies. He shows the same degree of ruthlessness to his foes - regardless of age or gender. He prefers to work on his own agenda, and has a notorious reputation in Shinobi World as a killer even when he was a Genin.

Background Info.
History:
Hiei was born in the village hidden in the clouds, he was a child without parents due to having lost them in the third great ninja war. He didn't have anyone growing up and as such he learned from a young age that you can only depend on yourself and your own strength. With this mindset, Hiei had trouble making friends in the village. In his early academy years though, he met two people from the academy that would later become his friends, the two peoples names were ~theleader~ and Better. The three would hang out to do pranks, Hiei didn't fit in so well as he had trouble trusting others but he did get a different vibe from them then usual and once they became genin, Hiei ended up in the same 4-man squad with ~Theleader~ while Better became part of another team but the three still interacted on occasions.
it wasn't long untill Hiei's team went on missions and after a misunderstanding had occured on the missions rank due to lack of full information, Hiei's team found themselves in a situation in which he started to show a ruthless side that had ~theleader~ and the rest of the team shocked, shortly after the mission got reported to the Raikage, word got out of what had happened in other countries about how a genin ruthlessly killed civilians of a small village that was held hostage in a hospital by a group of shinobi by burning the place and killing everyone there.
After that incident, ~theleader~ started to fear Hiei but promised himself he would never let him get out of line, the Raikage then forced Hiei's team to compete in the coming chunnin exam that was going to be full of strong, ruthless shinobi and was planning on having him killed in there. Hiei however was planning on leaving the village and competed because he saw that as an opportunity. He took the exam but soon came to know that he was everyones target and for the first time heard the nickname he was given; Imiko.To be continued..
