Edited: I see the crop and slightly the border lines. However, It's just a plain ol resize to me. You will get better. It still look good for an attempt.

Edited: I see the slight enhancement to the coloration. It good, could be better because it slgihtly blurs out the detail of the face.

It takes few seconds to increase the brightness.

I would play around with it some more, mess less with brightness and a little with saturation, you could make it more vibrant without the it looking like someone has a flashlight shinning on him. Even that will only take you a few mins at most.

Its alright. It would be better if it was just a shot of his face with a bit of the helmet showing, and the border is a bit hard to see.
