Raiton/Lightning in the Naruto world can be created by Vibrating your chakra at high speeds, it's weak against Futon/Wind and strong against Doton/Earth.
It can be fused with Water to create storm release, and it's probably used to make Swift release in conjunction with wind.
Also it can be flowed through things such as swords to increase the cutting power or yourself to speed up reflexes and stuff.

Yeah, but we'll do it a bit differently since here on Naruto Base, you can manipulate all Elemental Affinities.

And another thing, you can't mold Lightning Chakra internally, otherwise you could electrocute yourself. You mold it externally to avoid that.

What I want you to do is explain how you mould your Raiton Chakra, by concentrating first on what lightning is, its properties and characteristics. Based off of your understanding, vibrate your chakra in order to mold the lightning externally.
