With the recent chapter I no longer believed zoro will be the one to fight him I thought he would join law and co on the submarine while luffy and co would leave and duke and master would get a rematch showing the trump card duke spoke of but then Jack attacked and at this point I honestly don't know who will defeat him but I'm sure it won't be luffy so what do you all think.

I'm guessing Inuarashi and Nekomamushi will curbstomp him two on one this time around. If one of them was able to hold him off for 12 hours, both of them should be able to beat him.

Chopper. He hates Caesar's gas which Jack used, he's a doctor so he's pissed about all the injured and he's a zoan so zoan v zoan. His Monster Chopper will dwarf Jack and he'll slap him all the way off Zou but he'll still only get a 200 Beli increase in his bounty lol.
