Background Info.
History:
Jace was born in a unique clan on the Land of Water, where some members could control the Ice Element. He grew up on his village until the age of 15. Since he was born he saw multiple conflicts between the villagers and people who had the Ice KG. People were afraid their KG could bring war, and that's what happened. War destroyed the intire Land of Water and when Jace fought against the enemy he was suddently hit from behind and fell uncounscious. He later awakened on the middle of a forest. He tried to go back to the village, but the villagers wanted to kick him out of there. Jace started conficts and even killed some villagers. He later quit from living on the village and decided to live on his own, without the need to depend from anyone or having any responsabilities.
While outside the village, he fought multiple enemies and managed to defeat them, though he almost died for a few times. His Ice KG was unique and some villages and feudal lords tried to recruit him in exhange for money, but Jace didnt want any money, he wanted power so he could live his life quietly whithout need to worry about anyone. The best proposal came from Wrath, a ninja who was at the time under the wings of Hanzo. Hanzo ordered Wrath to recruit Jace by any means, Jace refused but he ended defeated by Wrath, a Kaguya. Wrath trainned Jace on rain jutsus and later, when he couldnt teach anything more to Jace, he sent him to train directly under Hanzo's wings. There, Jace developed Ice Rain jutsus and the abilitie to manipulate snow (like gaara manipulates sand), though he rarely uses it because there are only a few snowy villages. Hanzo couldnt give anything more to Wrath and Jace so they both deserted from Amegakure. Wrath ended by joinning Kusagakure, a Village lead by one of the most powerfull Kaguyas in history, Goro Kaguya.
Jace stayed on the village for a while but he was gone to try to find fellow clansmen that could survived the war. He heard most of the Ice KG user's were dead by the villagers but he kept searching until he found Riku and Kawakiri. The three of them formed a group of Ice user's so they could perfect their techniques and became powerfull. Jace's objective is done. Now he ensures the safety growing of the group.
