ok i just checked on my order from play-asia
J-STARS VICTORY VS saids No Region Protection
what does No Region Protection really mean because the only thing that comes
to mind to is it's not region locked

Yeah, it probably means it can be played on any PS3, regardless of region. The only region locked PS3 game in existance is Persona 4 Arena, because of some issues with pricing IIRC.
