Relax guys.

Most anime game's that are from Japan sometime take about a year or so to be able too be released in a foreign country.

Take Pokémon B2/W2 for example, It took about a year or so for it to be released in NA and around the world since it's release in Japan.

But the main reason they didn't release it in other countries was probably because of the voices. Most characters in the game would be dubbed in english, but there are alot of shonen's on there that aren't dubbed...So their either planning on trying to dub them, or just trying to translate the whole game.

Pokémon is just a mere example, there are tons of other japanese games that have been released in Japan and put in foreign countries a year after.

A year is too long. I'll give it 2 months. If we don't hear anything about it being localized by then i'll probably have to give up on it until something comes up.
