Online retailers have yet to update with appropriate listings for the four different SKUs, but we will keep you updated and point you in the right direction as soon as they are available. The PS3 and Vita are both essentially region-free, with only minor caveats thrown into the mix (such as Persona 4 Arena being software-region-locked on home consoles, and the Vita generally requiring multiple memory cards for multiple profiles and reboots, though they both will indeed play games from all regions).

i think persona 4 is like that because of the online, I THINK. But i won't be importing j stars yet, unless they do psn download with english subtitles.

I mean i'm only running on hope lol, if you already preordered the game, then go ahead and get it. There hasn't been any word for a psn subtitle download. Then tell me about it when you get it. =D

ok thanks oh and Persona 4 Arena is the only game on ps3 that been region locked

Well persona 4 arena had a full US release shortly after the Japanese release which was announced before the game came out. It was also announced that it was region specific that's why I just waited the extra two weeks for the US release.

Honestly I don't think J-Stars will, I mean have they ever had a US release for it before? Persona always gets released in the US so it was obvious they would do it but is J-Star ever released for NA?

The PS3 was the only region free console last generation, but somehow P4A was region-locked. I don't know why they did it, and I don't get why. As of this moment, P4A has been the ONLY region-locked game for the PS3. And as of this moment, J-Stars is still region-free (and I highly doubt it will be region-locked).

One region locked game VS hundreds of region-free JP only game should NOT prevent you from importing games. Don't cancel your preorder import of J-Stars Victory Vs.
