The problem comes in when Jiraiya uses the time it takes Kakashi to deal with the summonings to enter SM. He can compete with Jiraiya in Sage Mode, but something he(nor the vast majority of the naruto-verse) has no counter for is Gama Rinsho.

It's unlikely Kakashi can best Jiraiya with raikiri or it's variants given his heightened reaction abilities/senses in SM, plus the help from Fukasaku and Shima. His only hope is catching him with a raiton kage bunshin, but finding time to make one while dealing with the summons prior to SM Jiraiya would be difficult.

There's a reason people usually restrict Jiraiya being able to use Gama Rinsho. It's an endgame technique with very few counters for it. It's Jiraiya's version of kamui, pretty much, maybe slightly less overpowered because of them having to synch their voices..but ridiculous all the same

When Jiraiya is in sage mode, they're fused to his body through the ryosei technique, so not sure that really counts.

On top of that, the OP said 3 kamuis for the 3 summons, I'm assuming meaning Bunta, Hiro and Ken, the summons Naruto used vs Pain.

This is basically Jiraiya w/o summons vs Part 1 Kakashi.

Kakashi admitted inferiority to Jiraiya. By hype I think Jiraiya takes it.

But in an actual fight, Jiraiya just has a bunch of weird moves and I think Sharingan Kakashi can counter them and successfully outmanuever Jiraiya and pick up a win high difficulty perhaps.

I believe Jiraiya wins in base.

Kakashi has no real long range tech whereas Jiraiya has plenty. Their speed is more or less equal, though a taijutsu fight would be won by Kakashi. Jiraiya's best bet is to spam his stuff from afar. His stamina is way above Kakashi's.

Only by people who have knowledge of it before hand or have some way of making themselves completely deaf. It's not exactly your average genjutsu, it completely paralyzes the person. Doesn't matter what doujutsu you possess, how good you are in genjutsu yourself, etc.
