Nagato is one of the most powefull ninja in NV and Lord Jiraiya almost took him down alone. Itachi would get stomped by SM Jiraiya.
Heck, even Danzo could break Sasuke Susanoo, dont think Susanoo is invincible. Jiraiya's Chōōdama Rasengan! Would tank Susanoo and then his SM speed would overwhelm Itachi. End of story bro. Mangafacts!

Oh and tsukuyomi is no problem for Lord Jiraiya, he has toads and Demonic Illusion: Toad Confrontation Chant.

EDIT: Oh right, he hasn't. Itachi, on the other hand, took out nagato after naruto AND bee were in the middle of losing to him. Danzo *damaging sasuke's susanoo by an incredibly enhanced fuuton at a weak point doesn't mean rasengan is breaking yata.
That and naruto's rasengan didn't break madara's ribcage. #mangafax

Itachi either fries him with amaterasu or puts him in a genjutsu before J-man can blink/summon toads. Jiraiya speed blitzed past 2 peins with rinnegan (they didn't even flinch) and was only stopped by the third because of their shared vision. I'm sure he can blitz one Itachi with a lower quality of doujutsu and poor eyesight.

Itachi proved his poor eye sight doesn't have much of an effect when he dodged hundreds of shuriken while simultaneously weaving signs for a clone. Who told you Pain was fast? That isn't much of a speed feat.
