Not sure, but I think pain might win this, but jiraiya was able to take 3 pains down without any info, so with full info he has a chance to win this especially since tsunade is there to help him.

Seriously guys, IMO I think J-man takes it with full info on his own. That is if Pain doesn't have full info on Jiraiya still.
