Jūgo's Clan; Overly-Perfected Sages

Prologue

Jugo's Clan stated to absorb Natural Energy constantly causing them to go on rampages (due to the inability to control such constant absorption) while also being able to constantly change their body parts (hands/legs/back etc.) into weapons of mass destruction. The properties of Sage Mode, and Sage Transformations should have relevance, but they don't. This has lead me to believe that Jūgo's Clan are Overly-Perfected Sages.

Hypothesis

With Jugo's Clan indirectly absorbing Natural Energy it allowed them to take on properties similar to Jiraiya's Imperfect Sage Mode, and/or Kabuto's Dragon Sage Mode. However, this is a bit different in concept as Jugo himself is not only able to take on a demonic presence, but as well he is able to transform his body parts willingly into weapons. What also might catch your attention is the seemingly common markings that appear on all Sage Mode Users faces, or they tend to take on properties.

The latter being stated here is what I believe, I believe that Jugo's Clan was overly-perfected in the aspects of becoming or partially becoming Sages (which ever makes more sense) due to their clans passive absorption ability. The Nature Energy constantly being absorbed into their bodies caused them to go on irrelevant patterned rampages which blocked their whole thought process giving them the intent to kill nothing more, and nothing less. However what if they were emotionally stabled? Would they become JUST Perfect Sages? Could the communication with Nature having something to do with their Clan? Does Jugo have immense chakra levels? Here's what I believe:

  • Jugo's Clan if they were emotionally stabilized would be of the same caliber as many of the other Sages shown currently, not only would they retain their thought process, but they would also have more control over themselves allowing them to not make rash decisions in the end.

  • The word "overly" was added to perfect sages due to the passive enduring of Nature Energy causing them to go on rampages or the cause of their emotional instability, however without such liability I believe Jugo would become a "Perfect Sage".

  • Jugo's ability to communicate with Nature would be some clue to his clans passive absorption of Nature Energy, however I have no exact idea to what this may be. (Any Ideas?)

  • Yes, Jugo does pertain large chakra levels. Anyone with the ability to harness Nature Energy, and take on Sage-like appearances and/or ability must have some significant chakra capacity e.g. Jiraiya, Naruto, Kabuto (Prime), and Hashirama.

End-Result

  • Jugo's Clan were "Overly-Perfected Sages" due to their constant ability to absorb Nature Energy (being overly perfected isn't always a "good" thing).

  • Their Ability to Transform any part of their body is further more notice as to why Jugo's Clan could be known as "Overly-Perfected". Due to their passive absorption of Nature Energy they underwent stages no other Sages (currently we know of) have went through.

  • Possibly Hashirama went through the same process (could absorb Nature Energy passively or at will, and distribute it with enough control to transform into Sage Mode).

Your confusing imperfect with perfect

Perfect is "conforming absolutely to the description or definition of an ideal type"
Taking it natural energy is just one step.Being able to control it is another.
Juugo nor anyone else in his clan could control it.This led to them becoming unstable and going insane.
They were no where near close to being perfect.
And they did not have any similarities with the either sage modes seen by Jiraiya,Naruto or Kabuto.
They trained under animal guides while juugo's clan absorbs it naturally which means they do not share or inherit any of those specific traits.

Hence why I've said Overly-Perfect. It isn't a good thing moreover a burden.

They were perfect. They constantly absorbed Nature Energy. Meaning near unlimited chakra.

Sasuke and Jugo have two things in common...

They're both unstable, and come from clans that are considered "extinct".

Edit:And about your statement about "overly perfected sages", that's incorrect, very.

because there's no such thing as "overly" perfect, since perfect is just perfect, there's nothing beyond that, and there's nothing "perfect" about being unstable, and uncontrollable.

No such thing as "overly perfect" They were IMPERFECT
You can't be perfect if your unstable and go insane.
Naruto is a pefect sage because he can control it.
What don't you understand about that ?

Initially to be a sage or enter sagemode, one must be able to balance the Shizen-enerugi with their own. To become a perfect sage you must be able to do so without showing any forms of mutated imperfections. So your "Overly-perfect" statement contradicts it's meaning. Animalistic (or demonic in your terms) appearance, regeneration and the ability to transform body parts into weapons are a mere side effect of the unbalanced chakra. Hashirama's mokuton is also able to regenerate via absorbing Shizen enerugī from the terrain and atmosphere because of its properties and make up. As for appearance, any unbalancing of natural energy causes mutations and side effects such as the ability to converse and understand nature itself.

Those who acquire sage-mode however, have the force of nature on their side (kabuto and naruto), unlike Jugo and his clan. His transformation is no where near perfect.

What don't you understand about that ?
per·fect
[adj., n. pur-fikt; v. per-fekt]
adjective
1.
conforming absolutely to the description or definition of an ideal type: a perfect sphere; a perfect gentleman.
2.
excellent or complete beyond practical or theoretical improvement: There is no perfect legal code. The proportions of this temple are almost perfect.
3.
exactly fitting the need in a certain situation or for a certain purpose: a perfect actor to play Mr. Micawber; a perfect saw for cutting out keyholes.
4.
entirely without any flaws, defects, or shortcomings: a perfect apple; the perfect crime.
5.
accurate, exact, or correct in every detail: a perfect copy.

You're right a Perfect Sage would be Naruto. That isn't what I'm saying. Jugo is an Overly-Perfect (he is so perfect that he has a flaw) hence, they can absorb Nature Energy passively that is what I deem perfect, but due to the constant absorption of the Nature Energy they go crazy hence why I say Overly-Perfect.
i don't think so

Yet you don't explain why you disagree..

PS: The title was meant to be Overly-Perfect Sages, but i already posted a thread saying such. But the OP got deleted due to me trying to post manga scans with a low post count.

Being perfect requires you to master all necessary steps for sage mode. Not just 1 step.
At least your name suits your thread :sy:

See,juugo, posseses no large chakra pools because if he does,he'd be able to balance it even if he'd never train!
