too hit your lava bullet whit the tornedo and those cooling the lava bullet so a hardend rock is flying towards me and my clones but because of its weight it soon falles down and doesnt reach me and cooled lava gives off a poisense gas so the second clone uses:

Since I do not need hand seal not hand movement (like the RS) I have the advantage. I use this time to hit ur hand and ur body with the fire, combining both attack and creating the ultimate wind fire combo killing u.

There's no chakra coming
amaterasu is considered a time space jutsu which call the fire from hell to rise where the user will look.
This jutsu was made when u were doing ur RS, so the only moment u could know it was coming was when it actually apear in ur hand and body since it's a time/space jutsu.
