This jutsu don't give u the time to make any hand seal or to activate any jutsu like chidori nadashi.

For example: when Lee was fighting Gaara, even his sand couldn't keep up with lee's movement and that was only in the 4th gate!

but now my hope is regenereteing slowly but happily XD
