I'm not talking about my fire, I'm talking about my tornado. It came down from the skies to hit you. I don't think jumping in water will do anything to protect you from my tornado.

No... I never combined them... Alright, first I did the tornado. Then i did the ash jutsu. The tornado was meant to hit you and I used the ash to surround you.

And if they were combined, it would be a combination jutsu... A rank fire and wind vs. B rank water...

And here u have to use ur logic. A lake worth of water! The ranking doesn't work on that...

But if u didn't mix them, then ur going to create a whirlpool in the water with the tornado ( i don't know if that's enough to hurt me...I'll take the damage I don't mind XD), and ur fire is extinguish. So now make ur move to defend against my attack.
