Izuna Uchiha (うちはイズナ, Uchiha Izuna) was a shinobi of the Uchiha clan. He, along with his brother Madara, were renowned as the clan's two strongest members in their lifetime. Izuna was noted to be of prodigious talent, even by the battle-adept Uchiha clan's standards, and was one of the most powerful Uchiha in history being his brother Madara's equal before Madara acquired the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan. He and his brother competed daily to hone their skills. Both of them had exceptionally strong chakra, even for Uchiha members. His prowess allowed him to fight on equal ground with Tobirama Senju — a shinobi renown as one of the strongest and the fastest of his time. izuna showed proficient skill in Fire Release, able to perform his clan's signature Great Fireball Technique with enough power to disperse a Water Dragon Bullet Technique. Izuna possessed overflowing talent in Kenjutsu wielding a sword when seen in battle. He could proficiently wield it backhanded or normal grip, letting him attack in different patterns.
Abilities:
- Izuna Uchiha wields the Mangekyou Sharingan, which in his prime was noted to be just as strong as Madara's own.
- Due to being an Uchiha and proficient in fire release , Izuna is an Advanced Handeal Specialist, capable of using all Fire techniques without handseals. His fire was noted to be so powerful that it was easily able to vaporize Tobirama's Water Dragon Bullet, giving him a +20 damage to Fire Release.
- Izuna's Left Mangekyou Sharingan gives him access to Blaze Release techniques and variants exclusive to him. . His right Mangekyou Sharingan allows access to also gains Black Guardian, a large dragon made from the Blaze Release flames capable of binding and severely injuring targets Amaterasu.
- Izuna is proficient in Kenjutsu, able to wield Myōhō Muramasa.
