Warm colors (yellow/orange/red) - good guys - Itachi, Obito/Kakashi - remember Karin's comment about Naruto's chakra being bright and warm?

Cool color (blue) - bad guys - Madara
Purple (mix of red and blue) - neutral - Sasuke

I don't think we know enough about Izuna to determine.

Gaara couldn't do it alone without Onoki not completely lighting the sand to god knows what. Susano'o was held down, and then Madara was pulled out. And Onoki is that guy that lightened two meteors. That light sand penetrated Susano'o somehow.

Also, we have the actual incident when Sasuke was grabbed and teleported and Susano'o wasn't left behind.
