Itachi and Nagato both died and then had their eyes stolen. Madara took Izuna's eyes and then Izuna went into battle blind and died fighting like a boss.

first off, both itachi and nagato died with there eyes, that means they can be resurected with them, izuna cant he had his eyes gone before his death, so when hes revived he wont have them, and did i say he was equal to ems madara? no i said both of them were equal in there younger days when he had his ms.
