Okay take this balloon filled with water and try and pop it by just using your chakra.

I take the water balloon from sensei with my left hand. I than focus charka into my left hand. After that I focus my charka into the balloon. I focus on the thought of making my charka take a spherical shape like the water balloon. This causes the balloon to start changing shapes wildly until it finally pops.

After failing the first time for whatever reason. I begin to focus my charka back into the balloon. This time I focus on shape manipulating my charka into a sphere with a heavy rotation. I focus on the thought of a ball getting spun around by the wind. I than proceed to focus my charka that way. This causes the balloon to start changing shapes wildly but not enough to break. After that I focus my thoughts again on the size of the sphere and the speed of the rotation until it pops.

Now, I want you to try and create the sphere of chakra in your hand, without the balloon. Good luck, isn't easy.

This time sensei has asked me to form the spiraling ball without the balloon so I focus my charka into my left hand. I than proceed to focus my thoughts onto making the charka form into a ball with a heavy spin. I than focus my shape manipulation on forming the sphere of charka from just charka. As it occurs I notice that the sphere appears uneven.

Try again, put more chakra into it, and use as much shape manipulation.

After the spiraling ball of charka in my left hand failed to fully form sensei said, "Try again, put more chakra into it, and use as much shape manipulation."
After taking that to heart I focus my charka back into my left hand. This time I envision my charka forming into fast streams of charka that form into a ball. Once I have this envisioned I focus my thoughts onto accomplishing the task. This time I force my charka to form into the streams first. Once the streams of charka start flowing in a circle in sync with each I increase the rotation speed of the charka in the stream. I than focusing on combining the streams into one solid ball of fast rotating charka. Once this is accomplished I show this to sensei.

I had to finish a 5,000 word research paper for school so my apologies if my replies were slow

Okay good, now keep a hold of it. And attack my clone with it, be detail about where you hit him with it, and all that.

No dramas.

Sorry about the delay

Once the ball of charka fully forms sensei tells me to attack the clone with the ball of charka. I make sure the orb is completely stable before I run up to sensei's clone. I than extend my left hand towards sensei's clone. The charka sphere was meant to hit sensei's clone square in the solar plexus. As the charka makes contact with sensei's clone it starts to cause damage in the immediate area of impact. As the charka hits the clone the charka stay with the clone before exploding some feet away.

Good, good. You have learnt:

(Rasengan) - Spiral Sphere
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: Rasengan was a Ninjutsu technique developed over the span of three years by the Fourth Hokage, Namikaze Minato. The technique was taught to his sensei, Jiraiya, who then passed it on to Minato's young son, Naruto, years later. The technique is unlike many other jutsu in that it does not require any hand seals. It just relied on the ninja's ability to mold chakra. The ninja concentrates a contained, fast, rotating sphere of chakra in the palm of their hand, which can create a destructive impact.

-

Now, once I want you to create another Rasengan but this time coat the Rasengan with one of the basic five elements, depending on the element you use. The effects, and whatnot will be different.

After hearing my sensei say create a Rasengan again but this time add a charka nature to it I focus on sending charka back into my left hand hand. This time I envision my charka forming into fast streams of charka that form into a ball and release a wave of water from the top of the ball down towards the bottom of the ball. I than proceed to focus on completing the task assigned to me by sensei. Using what works for me I create streams of charka by forcing the built up charka into a straight line outside of my hand. Once the streams appear I have them start rotating around my palm. Once the streams of charka are synced I have them increase in speed as well as get closer to the other streams of charka. Once the ball of fast rotating charka fully forms I focus on changing the charka nature of the charka in the sphere. I focus on the thought of ripple in the water for the base of my water charka. This causes the sphere to appear as if water is coming down from the top of the sphere.

Well done. You learnt:

(Yōso no Rasengan) Elemental Spiral Sphere
Rank: A
Type: Attack/Defence
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: By combining the original Rasengan with an elemental affinity, a new Rasengan can be created that may produce a variety of effects. Only the basic 5 elements can be used in this technique.
Note: Must know rasengan

Before we move onto the last technique, tell me some of the other elemental affects you think you can cause by coating your Rasengan in the other elements?

Once sensei finishes I take a brief moment to think of possible additions to the Rasengan by other elements. After a moment of thought I final start to say
"If you use lightning to enhance the technique it could cause numbness around the area it hits. Wind could increase the rotation speed causing the Rasengan to even cut the person. Earth could add more blunt force to the Rasengan and fire would cause the damage to increase by burning the opponent."

Well done.

So now again make the Rasengan but add a lot more chakra into it, to make it huge so you have to hold it over your head, like a spirit bomb from DBZ. xD This is going to be a much harder task.

As this is going on I focus back on my shape manipulation to keep the Rasengan stable.

Good you learnt:

(Oodama Rasengan) - Big Ball Spiral Sphere
Rank:S
Type:Attack
Range:Short
Chakra Cost:40
Damage Points:80
Description: Oodama Rasengan is an advanced Ninjutsu technique that creates a very large Rasengan ball, following the same method, limits and logic behind the original, smaller technique.
Note:Must already know rasengan.

And with that you have completed Ninjutsu training! ^_^
