I think that izuna will play a part in madaras defeat whether hes talk no justued, sealed or killed.
I say this for a few reasons honestly madara is a hell of alot stronger than sasuke and naruto although they are both strong, by them selve madara stomps with two rennigan and jubbi eye kishimoto has left alot of things untouched in the manga which i think we will get to all leading up to izuna the first reason i say this is because hashirama says to sasuke i think its you who can defeat madara without fighting because you resemble izuna.
Madara never saw obito as a son or brother or even friend just a easy minded pawn i belive he sees sasuke different hes stated he would have rather sasuke over obito and even asked sasuke to join up with him when he first got his body and was blind i think he does this not just because sasuke power but because he sees izuna in sasuke.
secondly hagoromos brother the sage of six paths had a brother from chapter 1 of naruto until now there was never a mention or even a hint of a brother so why now, why did kishi add a brother now and leave it bland to my knowledge we know nothing about him name, powers, death nothing so i believe there will be more on this.
lastly orochimaru, kabutomaru and spiral zetsu we believe spiral zetsu is yamato but i was thinking maybe not madara has know knowledge of yamato if obito or kabuto summoned him that would make sence but madara was dead before yamato was born and yamato was taken before madara was reanimated so i was thinking some one else maybe izuna this zetsu does have alot more power than the others and with this much power y wouldnt obito use him early in the war and lastly how did he get to the battle feild
well there not predictions just my thoughts what do you guys think madara was cut in half with one eye and survied i dont see how they can kill him with 3
