Lets assume - Izuna forced Tobirama to use FTG & FTG is strongest weapon/jutsu of Tobirama. It impoies Tobirama was already stronger than Izuna. So by putting all his strenght, Izuna has to force Tobirama to use FTG & this FTG one-shotted Izuna immediately.

Izuna's strongest ''Jutsu'' is MS but he did not even used it against Tobirama, cuz he is weak
