You can "decide" fate by warping someone and leaving them in another dimension juts like Tobi usually one-hits his fights by merely touching his opponent.

I don't want it to be illusion based at all. I want to see something thematically connected to amerteratsu, since izanagi is thematically connected to tsykuyomi (both illusion, both re-writing personal reality & history). But, I can't think of anything that would be thematically connected to amerteratsu that wouldn't kill kabuto, but would disable him, though....
