Pretty Sure Izanami Has BEEN active, Chapter 581 everyones leaf Page 17 He clearly yelled Izanami face to face with kabuto and in the bottom left hand corner in floating text it CLEARLY states In these EXACT words. The Kinjutsu is released!!!

chapter 282 page 3 itachi is missing an eye after getting drilled by multiple rocks

madara when half his body got destroyed he eye was pitch black as well, thats an edo thing not izznami plus itachi said iznami was ready a couple chapters ago too. where's your proof that that 100% izanami

I didnt notice the eye, but I had presumed that Itachi wouldn't get taken down so easily, or in such a way unless he allowed it.
If Itachis getting beaten, he's a) going to go out with a bang, or b) Set Sasuke up to have a massive advantage over Kabuto.
