We know if an Uchiha can do a technique SO6P could do it also.
If a Senju can do a technique SO6P can do it too.
That means Izanami and Izanagi are So6P techniques.
What does this especially mean?
So6p was able to create things of nothingness. To make something you have to give it a form. To make it live you have to give it a soul. Yin-Yang.
It Asian-countries these both parts belong together.
So when for example So6p (well god) created the bijuu he needed a way to make their corpse and their soul.
Before merging with ten-tails he was just human. Humans can make things but cant give them a soul.
Ten-tails himself was something ghost-like. I think he was more a chakra-creatures pure chakra. He had very much chakra but didnt have a solid form.
When they fought and they merged they became So6p god.
So and now we come to Izanami and Izanagi.
They both belong together and can be used to make living or change destiny because living = destiny.
Izanagi can create matter or change it.
Izanami can create soul/chakra or change it.
To change reality you have to make changed to matter. Such you change reality and destiny.
To change outcome you have to make changes to the souls/chakra. Such you can change people themselves and their decisions. (Much like a genjutsu)
Combining both you can make living things that change reality and make their own decisions.

In the cleansing rite after his return, he begot Amaterasu (the sun goddess) from his left eye, Tsukuyomi (the moon god) from his right eye and Susanoo (tempest or storm god) from his nose.
The story of Izanagi and Izanami has close parallels to other myths such as that of Orpheus and Eurydice, but when Izanagi looks prematurely at his wife, he beholds her monstrous and hellish state and she is shamed and enraged. She pursues him in order to kill him. She fails to do so, but promises to kill a thousand of his people every day. Izanagi retorts that a thousand and five hundred will be born every day.
