i believe that itachi used izanmi on sasuke in the last chapter.

we see here that itachi has his MS on and there are shadows on itachi face which mean he is upto something.

in this page we see that itachi is about to poke sasuke but his eyes are closed. this means that itachi is going to give sasuke a powerup or the truth of the uchiha clan but sasuke is definitly under izanami

Nope, the way Izanami works they have to have repeating physical contact. When Itachi pokes Sasuke's head, it's going to be his last act. I guess you could construe that he's been under Izanami for a long time from their first fights when he poked him, but that's bs.

When Itachi pokes him, he'll definitely transfer knowledge. Whether he transfers a "power up" is questionable. He wouldn't want to further arm Sasuke knowing he wants to destroy the leaf still.
