izanami and izanagi

if someone has rinnegan i think izanami and izanagi will last fore ever as even so6 used them to create reallity from his dream but he never lost his sight i think izanami controls the fate of things not related to you

You would have to be extremely skilled with the jutsu. Even if having senju DNA really isn't a requirement, it does seem like a rare skill. And it also seems to use a lot of chakra. So even if somebody was able to use it with the Rinnegan, it wouldn't be for long... I hope.
