Not really. :| One removes the boundaries of reality, basically Banbutso Sozo, the other is Kinda like a tweaked Tsukuyomi if anything.

The main point is they are both the same thing.. Even in japanese mythology they were sibling gods.

Besides when explaining both Izanagi and Izanami Itachi didn't mentioned you need both Senju and Uchiha DNA to use it.
