I know we haven't seen a character in the manga do it, but

Is it possible that if Sasuke learns Izanagi that he can use it with EMS without losing the light in that eye? Just curious. :shrug:

izanagi doesnt make you lose the light in your eye, it actually closes the eye forever. which is what happened to all danzo's sharingan

but for all we know the ems may (or may not) fix that problem too

Well Danzo was using regular 3-tome Sharingans.

Itachi seems to be capable of using it. I'm still waiting to see if Izanami has the same side effects as Izanagi.

It needs sacrifice. Not something like MS techs ( Tsukuyomi, Amaterasu, Susanoo....) You don't lose your light. You'll lose your eye. It is because of why you can able to do it with Regular sharingan. If it is possible, why Madara didnt spam Plenty of izanagi against Hashirama and kill him there?So He's got EMS too and knows mostly everthing about Uchiha's due to obtain Rinnegan.

Ah, I see. It sacrifices the eye and doesn't make it lose its light like spamming Susano'o and Amaterasu does.
