- their strongest member was kid Itachi

- Sharingan is actually rare among Uchiha´s as said in manga

- 90 % of Uchiha clan doesn´t even know about Izanagi existence. ( their precious Sasuke didn´t have idea before Danzo)

Boss Summons that can be controlled by the Sharingan right? We saw Sasuke control Manda so they could easily turn the summons against their respective masters.

Itachi put Orochimaru in a genjutsu and cut off his hand. And Itachi can still beat Orochimaru, we know this to be a fact.

Jiraiya regardless of fighting pain cannot handle hundreds of people with the Sharingan. It just doesn't work that way. Who's to say those Uchiha's don't have summons, and the Izanagi is still in the balance. The lab Obito had showed that around 100 Uchiha's probably had a Sharingan and they were all three tomoed.

Madara's 5 brothers died and he didn't activate his Sharingan until his little "friendship" was broken with Hashirama.
