Izanagi would escape the Totsuka Blade's sealing, I have no idea how Kamui and Genjutsu could be used in any way to possibly prevent its use however.

Totsuka - Izanagi wont work

Reason: Izanagi is a jutsu being use to cheat on death. Got sealed inside Totsuka sealing gourd not mean you're dead. You still alive inside Genjutsu world and inside Sealing item.

Kamui - Izanagi would work on Kamui snipe but wont work on Kamui warp

Reason: Getting Kamui snipe especially targetting your head mean death. But using Izanagi, you can escape from death. For Kamui Warp, you technically get sealed alive inside a close dimension that foreign to you.

Genjutsu - Izanagi wont work

Reason: Take Izanami. It was a Genjutsu design to works against Izanagi.

And Kamui > Totsuka Blade

Danzo escaped Shisui's Genjutsu with Izanagi.

And it would reverse Totsuka and Kamui because they are both bound by reality.

Izanagi even transcends death.

So yeah Izanagi can reverse anything but Izanami at the cost of an eye.
