We know that when a sharingan or mangekyou sharingan user uses Izanagi or Izanami they permanently lose that eye since it lose the light forever. I was wondering if a EMS user or Rinnengan user or Rinne Sharingan user uses Izanagi or Izanami do they lose their sight forever?

I mean Madara used Izanagi yet he has both his eye sights, does that mean Madara can use Izanagi without going blind?

Remember EMS means the user doesn't lose their eye sight.

Rinnegan is unknown, but any Sharingan evolution when activating Izanagi or Izanami cause you a lost of your eye.

But the thing is we are told in the manga that Mangekyou sharingan user goes blind eventually while EMS never lose their eye sight. We know that when Madara used Izanagi Madara eye went blind, but we don't know how he recovered his eye.

Madara might recovered his eye by
1st Madara eyes turned to Rinnengan
2nd EMS user goes temporary blind but with time the eye gains back his sight.

Yes, awakening Rinnegan didn't happen until "decades later", but it was on that page where by implanting Hashirama's DNA (reincarnation of Ashura) into himself (reincarnation of Indra), he united both chakras, and obtained that of the SO6P. So, logically, one can say that implanting Hashirama's DNA caused his right eye to gain its sight again: especially since Senju DNA is known to have regenerative properties.

Senju dna doesn't "heal" the eyes because when Tobi used Izanagi his eyes were permanently shut despite having senju cells.

OT: EMS eyes was permanently blind too so the same goes for the sharingan levels. I don't think the rinnegan can do Izanagi.
