(This might be Epic BattlexD)
Iwagakure : Muu, Onoki, Akatsuchi, Kurotsuchi, Deidara (full power), 4 tails son goku with Jinchuriki, 5 tails Gobi with Jinchuriki, and other 5 000 Chunin Ninjas.
VS
Kirigakure : 2nd Mizukage, 4th Mizukage Yagura with 3 tails, 5th Mizukage Mei Terumi, Chojiro, Ao, Kisame Hoshigaki (full power & Samehada), Seven Swordsman,Ukataka and other 5 000 Chunin ninjas.
Who will win?

Iwagakure cause they have Deidara who would kill the 5000 Jonin.

Iwa, Deidara's explosives are too much IMO. + they have 2 Jinchus, yeah, Iwa has it.

why didn't you include utakata?

one side has two jinchuuriki other has one. that's not fair.
and one side has three kage while the other has two

you should replace the seven swordsman with utakata.
and another note a village doesn't have 5000 jounins. it can never pass 50 at once (even 50 is too much. probably more like 15-20)
most of the ninjas cannot go further than chuunin. and most of the ones that pass the chuunin become tokubetsu jounin (genma, raidou, aoba for example) not jounin

current match up, iwa mid difficulty.
if mist has utakata instead of seven swordsmen, mist high difficulty

Mist does have Kisame, though. Who might as well be a tailed beast.

Iwagakure, Onoki and Muu alone can take the 5000 jonin out with dust release then boom. Pretty much won it already.

As stated by Muu that an army doesn't matter against Dust Release.

I honestly don't know. Both sides have two jinchuriki, (Iwa, Roshi-Han)(Kiri, Yagura, Utakata). Good thread!

Kirigakure takes it.

Kisame, Yagura, Utakata & the 7 swordsmen...and a lava release user....Iwa doesnt stand a chance.

chuunin's wont help kiri much deidara, muu and onoki all have mass killing techniques. however 2nd mizukage's genjutsu technique isn't a mass killing one. it's just that so hard to pass fodder ninja tend to die easily.

now 2 bijuu vs 2 bijuu and 2 kage vs 2 kage. an akatsuki vs akatsuki, 2 elite shinobi vs. 2 elite shinobi.
seven swordsmen + 5000 chuunin vs. 5000 chuunin.

however iwagakure has mass killing technique owners so 5000 chuunin will be decreased in a fast rate.
I'd say iwa wins slightly. because they have three kage level shinobi those can all fly and attack from a range

The illusion can't kill 5000 ninjas, it will delay them and kill them slowly. While muu and onoki finish killing the 5000 ninjas from kiri they then move on to the other guys and game over.
