Two of my favorite players growing up retires from the game.
Thanks for the memories.

You think they deserve to be hall of famers?

side note: Sorry for the Poll title typo.

it used to be allen Iverson vs jason kid, they were like jay-z vs nas

tracy mcgrady was very overworked when he played for the magic, and then he goes to Houston and bad luck happens .

im glad lebron went to the heat because if he stayed their any longer than he could have ended up like t-mac.

in terms of hall of fame, yes. i mean they were really big names, they had skill and and were very popular.

t-mac was even related to vince carter, who by the way was good too.

T-Mac was and always will be the person who I looked up to as a shooter. Damn right he needs to be in the Hall of Fame. Iverson is another one of those that needs to be in the Hall of Fame(*cough* still not better then Nash*cough* *clears throat*)

TMac was just super overrated to me, when he came out of college he had all this hype behind him and he didn't deliver, the majority of his career he was injured, he was way to injury prone. Then after playing in china because nobody would pick up his contract, he tries to get a cheap ring by riding the spurs bench to the finals. No deal.

Allen Iverson on the other hand was definitely one of my favorite shooting guards growing up but he couldn't let go of that thug mentality and ended up killing his career. He's been a free agent for how long before retiring? Almost 10 years. Nobody wanted to pick him up because he was injury prone from heavy drinking, he has an attitude and has a bunch of off the court drama.

Honestly they were good players but I don't think either one is hall of fame worthy, I wish Iverson would have got his priorities straight because he could have had a long and epic career, he was definitely a beast.

Agree with the part about Iverson but disagree on Tmac. Loved watching both but neither will get in the HOF. Hell did Tmac even get out of the first round as a starter?
