I've never really received the 'team' vibe from Team 7

Sakura, Naruto and Kakashi have a closer bond. It only seems forced in terms of Sasuke's interaction with Naruto and Sakura. Naruto and Sakura are very close on their own.

It's expected for me because Sasuke was gone and presumably the lost sheep come home. The neo sannin are clear now so i guess we should get used to their interactions.

It was mainly because Sasuke didn't care about his team that much, Sakura was after Sasuke all the time, and Kakashi didn't give a
fuck, team 7 was a forced plot team.

They're not one dimensional at all. Their dedication to their work ethic is used for comical effect every now and then, but they're both really deep people.

Why the team didn't work out had nothing to do with Naruto, Sakura, or Kakashi. Sasuke made it completely clear that he wanted to become stronger in order to kill his brother off because of what he had done to his family. Now as the days passed while being in team 7. He began to wonder away from the path in which he wanted most. Why did he do that? Because he was creating a bond with the team that was "forced."

If Sasuke went topless more, the bond of team 7 would've been even stronger.

And Naruto and Sasuke working perfectly together isn't really that random. They've been like that since the very first arc.

This. Sasuke had a goal to avenge his Clan. Both Naruto and Sakura chased Sasuke around like two dogs, reciprocated. Both of them made me sick. Kakashi didn't give two fu*cks about all of them, save for Sasuke, whom he knew to be exceptionally intelligent - he refers to him as a prodigy, genius, and exceptionally talented many times - but he completely neglected Naruto and Sakura. Both of them were taken up by Jiraiya and Tsunade.

Team 7's dynamics were always forced. No body should deny this.
