If you read the manga pages carefully you will see that the view switches from 3rd person to 1st person.
I doubt everyone didn't notice but MANY people posted crap so i want to clarify this

Something is blocking kakashi's view those black dots you can see, and by the time kakashi attacks his vision starts to become normal once again and he realizes he has killed rin and starts crying.

It sure is difficult to figure out stuff in manga cuz its all in black n white!

I completely agree with this, it's definitely something screwing up Kakashis vision. My vote is genjutsu of some kind.

I think it's obito's view that is becoming clear... It's his flashback so I don't see why kishi should show something from kakashi's pov, unless obito somehow gets images of the sharingan he gave to kakashi.
imo this makes the most sense right now
