I've come to a conclusion.

I'm probably super late and you guys might of already talked about this but. After reading Hell 605 I've come to the realization that the reason why Kakashi asked Obito why he isn't gonna blame him for Rin's death is because in chapter 605 page 7 he shouted out "I'll Never Acknowledge it!!" meaning he doesn't want to believe Kakashi killed Rin. Thats why he didn't blame Kakashi for the death of Rin.

As for why he killed Rin I wasn't really clear on. Everyone kept saying that its because she was a spy but for some reason that doesn't sit well with me. I think Her body has something they want obviously and Rin finds out that they need her Tells Kakashi to kill her so the enemy wont get what they want from her. And the reason behind her facial expression is because she didn't see the hit coming and that'll explain kakashi's crying.

I think Rin was a traitorous spy with hidden powers and she took over the Bloody Hidden Mist and was leading a war against Konoha!

Could it be that Rin used some genjutsu on Kakashi and forced him to kill her.. This could explain why kakashi fell one floor, namely in the right moment when Rin died the genjutsu was released.

An explanation could be the following:

The zetsu clone told that Kakashi and Rin were surrounded by ninjas of the mist.

So I guess the situation was very desperate. An important thing is that this mist ninja did not talk about her but it.

I I suppose they wanted something in Rin's body. As at that time the second ninja war took place where the tailed beasts played a big role one possibility could be that Rin used to be a Jinjuriki. (This is just a theory)

Since a Jinjuriki dies when the tailed beast gets extracted I think if Rin really was one she would have dies anyway and decided to die without leaving the beast to the mist ninjas.
