Since I read the latest chapter, somewhere within it, Tobirama used a jutsu named 'Flying Thunder God Slash'.

I found this very.... dejavou, you might say. Since it's the same name as Minato's FTG.

Did Minato learn the FTG from Tobirama before?

Your thoughts please

The thing is, there is no indication that was even Space-Time. It's possible that was FTG like Minato uses, and it's also possible that Minato named his Space-Time FTG as a homage to Tobirama due to respect.

Too little is known about Tobirama's technique to assume it is a S/T ninjutsu, in my opinion. For all we know, it could "just" be a sword technique.

I believe that he learned it from the writings of tobirama in the same way that Orochimaru learned edo tensei. Minato probably perfected it and made it better, similar to what oro did with edo.

Minato did point out that tobirama had excellent space-time techniques, the connection is there.

^ This is absurd..

Basically, if u remember correctly.. Mito, Hashi's wife is the one who trained.. Kushina.. that means.. Minato might have come into contact with Tobirama.. May not be Hashi as Hashi might have died early..
