[Discussion] I've been wondering about Sasuke's eyes?

So since Sasuke got the 'Rinnegan' eye, I've been wondering if he could switch his Rinnegan eye to normal, Sharingan and Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan? It would be sad if he couldn't because then he would have to close his eye every time like Kakashi had to. And that probably means no more Susanoo and Tsukuyomi/Amaterasu (depending on whichever ability the left eye could use) ???
